Our offices and all other services will be closed from 24 December 2025 to 11 January 2026. We look forward to serving you again from Monday 12 January 2026. Please note that no shipments will be made during our holiday period. Orders will be taken until Tuesday 23 December 2025. Orders received by 10 am on Friday, 19 December 2025 will be delivered before Christmas. Gift vouchers can be ordered at any time and printed out in the comfort of your own home. Ballenberg specialities can be ordered directly from Trauffer Spezilitäten by e-mail or by telephone (033 952 10 26).
Whether for parents, friends, siblings or colleagues – our gift vouchers are perfect for any occasion. You can choose from day passes for families, adults or children, as well as flexible gift vouchers for special experiences at the open-air museum.
All gift vouchers are valid for three years and can be printed out conveniently at home – perfect for spontaneous surprises.
Please note: The 10% online discount only applies to day tickets purchased directly and not to gift vouchers.
